Northbrook Acres
History of
Our Farm
We built our home and moved to the country in December 2007. We have an interest in gardening, providing healthy food for our family. We also have six children and were praying for an opportunity for work and income for them.
Thus, we established Northbrook Acres in 2009. We have learned so much and have a lot we want to learn. But is has been a huge blessing to work together as a family, to learn more about gardening, to meet those in the community interested in chemical-free food, and have the bonus of income. It is our desire grow the size of our farm as well as the insight to increased quality and productivity.

Megan, age 9, is a steady worker. She is a cheerful help in the heat of weeding and picking. Micah, age 6, is learning to be a diligent worker. Joshua and Caleb, age 4, are beside us as we plant and like to help transport produce to the house.
